E. x hybrid ‘Apple Blossom’ has clusters of pale pink flowers in summer and shiny green foliage, making this a most attractive shrub. E. bifida ‘Donard Star’ is an upright growing, compact shrub with clusters of reddishpink flowers in summer and autumn.
